If a tgp, links, cj site doesnt convert than it wont be capable of sending traffic to sites that convert. If a surfer doesnt like what he sees whether it be the content or design than he will close your window and go to the next site. Bookmarkers simply wont happen if the surfers dont like it.
So yes, a tgp, links, free, cj site conversion rate is a major issue.
