It seems extremely low to me. I haven't seen any ratios that low on the sites I own or run. The main problem you have is only offering recurring or 6 month subscriptions. A lot of paysites don't seem to be able to figure out that you can boost sales by offering a one month subscription too. A lot of surfers don't trust porn sites and just want to check you out. Offer a better deal on recurring or long subscriptions, but don't demand it.
