I'm not sure what part of Washington you are in, but if you're close to Seattle, check out the Evergreen Speedway. All kinds of racing events go on there (drags, oval, figure-8, demolition derbys, etc).

I've been going there since I was a little kid, and still visit on nearly every trip I make up to Seattle to visit relatives.

A great bargain too.

In the greater Bay Area we have a good variety of racing tracks and events, including annual Nascar races, and great sports car tracks, such as Infinion (formerly Sears Point), and Laguna Seca. This summer will be the inagural San Jose Grand Prix (which I already have VIP tix to).
