There are always going to be bugs that come up in software. There have been in all software packages in the past and there will be in all software packages in the future. Everyone, ourselves, MPA, etc. do our best to make sure none get out but some will always slip through the cracks.
Unfortunately we're in a business full of children (mentally, not age wise) who value attention more than doing the proper thing or extending professional courtesy. Hopefully as this industry matures so will the people in and around it.
