Clickhappy there's plenty of good seo forums on the net where you can get a good knowledge base to learn from
But your on-site optimization should have conisdered the following:
Keyword Density & Keyword Placement in <title></title>
Keyword Density, Placement and Description in <meta name="description" content="">
In the body text, things to note are also Keyword Density, Placement, Links, Alt tags, Contextual Relevancy, <b>, <i> and heading tags!
Those are some considerations you need ake into account etc!!
