I've been doing it for one year now.
Strength is that you will be in the top 2% of all men as far as fighting abilities since most guys do not have a clue on how to really fight.
You will also get a great cardio workout if you are serious about it and you may even learn how to evade a knife attack or some fucker who's sticking you with a gun at the atm machine.
Weakness is that you would get your ass kicked by any martial art trained dude if you ever had to fight one.
All in all I like it, I used it twice so far with much success.
