I doubled my power at least because I had an instructor who showed me how to hit the right way and also where to hit to make the most damage.
It is basically a street fighting technique.
No rules, all is allowed, plus you learn stuff taken from various martial arts techniques.
Plus you will earn how to evade a grenade, lol.
