i see you are listed as #18 and they use your gfy handle as well as "aka". my first advice to you is to be very cautious about discussing this in public. secondly, immediately retain a lawyer and open a dialogue with the opposing counsel via your counsel and make sure to get a response in with the court so that they do not go for a default judgement.
edit: i see they have you at 19 as well.
these people named a lot of individuals and their companies as well. very aggressive and an indication that they hold webmasters with no regard whatsoever.
