For you, 8% drop may be what you experienced (Congrats on such good traffic retention BTW), however, 90% of others will experience a 50% or more drop. It just takes experience and know how to keep that trafifc flowing. but hell, even at 50% drop, that's still good money for the little work involved. Thus... your suggestions are still good and valid.
