I disagree...there is a 99.9% it will be delayed.
That is why nobody is in any hurry to pass out the documents and doing so prematurely may actually also be a crime.
Lee is pushing some hotlinking thing that will not help anyone and stands to profit from the fear, so I would ignore what he has to say.
