ok, so what's the best tech fix for this:

i noticed as time goes by that more and more surfers are on very high speed connections and like to go to the movie galleries and download multiple movies at once.

and if you have 10 guys at the same time doing this the server will start to bog down.

what's the best thing to do to improve server performance?
