So you're in the adult business to further your principles of free speech?

I'm a small time player and I always will be in adult. If the rules change, then so too do business practices. When the clean air act was passed, did heavy industry shut off operations to protest for their right to pollute? No, they changed to fit the new regulations, since there was not a damn thing that could be done about them.

This is one of those cases. I can't do a damn thing about the coming of .XXX, and since we all know its going to become a requirement eventually, at the rate things are going now, its just better to secure my domains early.

Do I like .XXX? No.
Do I think .XXX is right? No.
Will I let it push me out of operation because I don't like it? No.

Fuck .xxx and everything that looks like .xxx, I'll be using .com up until the day its illegal to do so, but I'm sure as hell going to make preparations for when the day does come that I'm forced to use it.

This is no different than 2257 - protesting by noncompliance is a bad move. I know your opinion on 2257, so are you going to not comply with it because you don't agree with it?

No, the best way to beat 2257 is to not be in violation of it, and to contribute toward its reformation. .xxx is no different.

This is no different than the jews under nazi rule who began selling possessions and stockpiling essentials once deportation to the ghettos was announced, but before the deadline had come - its about preparation for a bad, bad future.
