Try South America and a lot of other places. People don't like American's because of we give the impression that we are better than everyone else. Also, I lot of American's visit other countries and think they can piss all over the locals. If you act like a visitor and show some respect, you will get it in return. If you live in a foreign country and don't act like a jackass, the locals will warm up to you pretty quickly. At least that's my experience. American's can get this cool little blue book that allows you to go anywhere you like, whenever you like. Don't like America, take a vacation, you can come back whenever you feel like it. Patriotism is cool and I respect that, but were all going to need to work together when the aliens come....
