they bought one month in the webmaster section, and i left their ad up cause they kept saying to me - we'll send the money, we want it again - the checks in the mail. I've never really given a shit about the webmaster section so i left it up, we've never dealt with the main page like that, and never will - with the main page it's cash upfront and cleared before you stuff goes up ( cause it's usually sold out)- but i figgured - and this was about a year ago or so, epic cash is decent people, he's paid me $1000's of dollars to wear his t-shirt, he's good for it.
Sounds to me like it was sloppy business, you said you left it up assuming they'd pay in large part cause you didnt give a shit about the webmaster section. Had it been important to you I'd assume you'd have contacted Trey for payment and or Media for that matter. Certainly you wouldnt go to a new hire about collecting a debt, most especially after not getting resolution, and that's what Patty was a new hire (She wasnt there long enough to become more than that, not a knock on her just facts)....What hasnt been posted is proof of attempted collection and or the requests by Epic to continue the deal after the first month, two of the things Trey asked for while stating that if you could produce proof of this and legitimize the charges he'd happily pay.

I've known Trey to do lots of things, not pay when it's legit isnt one of them....

Just my two cents - and yes everyone I know niether party gives a rats ass about my opinion
