I believe that's the intention as well. I'm not a Karup's affiliate, so this doesn't directly affect me.
But, I was just looking for clarification in the matter. Both Lightspeed and Karups have said that "As of June 23, 2005 anyone caught promoting our sites after that date using hardcore content and not complying with the new 2257 legislation will have their account closed."
I assume that they mean "using *OUR* hardcore content...", and not "using *ANY* hardcore content...".
It's a subtle, yet important difference.
I'm raising this issue on the boards, and not directly with the sponsors, as I see a lot of other programs taking cues from these two, and I want to make sure everyone gets it straight, and that there is no confusion on the subject.
