I've been giving it additional thought.

If we really wanted to go to the top of the food chain we'd end up with IBill and CCBill... and IFriends too.

Those who control the money control the cards, basically. I think it's pretty safe to say that between both companies they're responsible for more than 500 million per year in billing.

P.S. - Yes, VCA is huge. However, since this is a webmaster board I don't think it occurred to anyone the question was to include all the mediums.
