put a full page ad in the index.htm, some smut words in different heading tags, and put a link on the bottom of each gallery page back to it such as © <a href="http://www.smut-archives.com">Smut</a> Archives 2002
Choose your sponsor then build your gallery around it
Thumb Size is very important.
I don't do enough galleries to figure out which is best.
some say large thumbs saves on bandwith coz they see what they get.
but i think smaller thumbs get them more excited.
So maybe someone else knows the better answer
