You get out and make work happen; but some others sit back and wait for work to come to them. Anyone who says they cannot sell "ethnic" content is simply not try to sell it. His comments, which he claimed to be jokes, are more or less how he thinks and therefore affect his work.
The word ethnic is racists in its use. It means anything other than Anglo-saxon which by the way is an ethnic group. Why do white people claim to have no ethnicity? The use of the word ethnic in america is an illustration of how whites juxtapose themselves against the world.
