I am helping out a friend setup his mainstream web site. He just needs a tiny virtual account somewhere but does require Linux, mysql, and a private IP for his own SSL cert.

Any good ones? Most virtual accounts at that small level are crap with the hosting company going out of business after a few months so I am trying to find him something decent.
