Kerry would not have had a right wing Justice Department like Bush does, so the resources would not have been spent to go after legal porn.
Clinton and Reno were very free speech friendly compared to any recent Republican president.
Kerry spoke out in support of keeping the church and government apart.
He would not have been like Bush.
