He explains in great detail why he doesn't tell you the url , because he also has given some pretty good details on how he makes his $$$ and for good reason.
It doesn't look like a scam to me, looks like one of the few legit sales i have seen actually..
If he is not willing to give ANY more details without the cash it may be a scam but he makes it pretty clear if you prove you have the money to buy it , he will give you the url , and from that you could tell if its a scam..
Theres a few strange bank quirks i would want to know about but it looks like he is just a good ad buyer/seller..
