The real problem is just in corporate america as a whole. im not racist, but i couldnt disagree more with this post.
white people are FORCED to give blacks a chance, even if they dont deserve it. my fiances dad is high end big dog @ at&t, they are FORCED to hire x number of blacks, and give x # of positions to blacks, even if they are underqualified (which they usually are in his case). if 2 people apply, the white guy having 10x more credentials than the black, but their is no black members on that "team", the black one has to be hired to they dont get sued.
add in that a black person with a shitty gpa can get more scholarship money than a white person with a higher gpa
and all the other shit, i dont think they have it so hard. obviously, not all blacks are worthless, and yes, there are worthless whites too.
but, theres a shitload of more black kids running around my town with shorts down to their ankles and pantyhouse on their head talking about "naw dawg what it do" than their are white kids running around saying "damn sumda bish"
those are the types that bring down their whole race. the ones that dont give a fuck about anything but gettin crunk, starting shit, and "throwin' down"
