My opinion:
I don't think there is a "superior" or "inferior" race. Each race has it's advantages and disadvantages. Just as a small example: The Japanese are kings when it comes to education, but the blacks laugh at them when they see their penis size...
It's a fact that African countries are behind when it comes to civilization, and there's an explanation to this (I will make is very generalized):
Since humanity began, black people enjoyed simple life in sunny areas, they didn't need to work hard, because nature has given them everything they needed. that's why they seem more spoiled and have low morals today comparing to other races.
On the other hand, Nordic people had to struggle to stay alive in the cold weather and develop creativity, and also work hard.
another example is the jewish people. why are the jewish people so successful and educated (in general)? because they always had a hard time surviving as well as getting involved in the social life among non jewish citizens. for example, in many countries there were anti semitic laws according to which jewish people weren't allowed in Universities etc'. That caused the average jew to put a lot more effort in studying then the average non-jew, because the jew had to achieve excellence in order to be accepted while for the non-jew it was enough to just be "ok".
