Employers hire based on quality of worker. If you don't get hired it is not due to the color of your skin, but maybe because you don't have a college degree or managed to hold a job for more than a week.

Colleges have standards on which they admit on, RACE isn't on.

They don't factor in your G.P.A, SAT scores, and color of skin to see how qualified of a student you are.

But now, because of the "unfair" treatment of black people and other minorities, and i use the word minority loosely because being white is becoming the minority.

The new way of thinking allows a black kid to go to college with his 3.0 because he came from a bad background, but the white kid with the 4.0 gets turned down.


That my friend is racism, and that is what most of you support.
