HERE in the context of the article it implys that .xxx will have a Best Practices requirement. after reading the above mentioned quote.. It sure sounds like people may have to get the "good housekeeping seal" from ASACP in order to obtain their domains of choice. If someone had a long standing relationship with ASACP it seems like their requests might be approved a little quicker?
