I never said the she was in the right... of course she isn't, that's completely obvious.. what I'm saying is after looking at that a few times it looks to me like he pretty much ran over her on purpose. notice how just before they collide he sticks is hands out and pushes her? he pretty much had to see her and did absolutely nothing to avoid it.
