my question is this..
say you own a business with an actual store front. One day you leave the office and forget to close the back door. Its wide open. Along comes a man who walks right in, goes into your back office and starts looking through customer information. He then leaves and goes and tells others that there is this private information in this unlocked, open, building.

Is that legal? My opinion is no.. under our current laws, I would have to say the guy is guilty of trespassing atleast. Then there is a conspiracy law since everyone else was told AND the guy knew he wasnt supposed to be there.. but he was.. and he told other people, while he had this knowledge... thats another law broken...
