Is that legal? My opinion is no.. under our current laws, I would have to say the guy is guilty of trespassing atleast. Then there is a conspiracy law since everyone else was told AND the guy knew he wasnt supposed to be there.. but he was.. and he told other people, while he had this knowledge... thats another law broken...
Forgetting to lock the door is one thing, not even bothering to put locks on the door is something completely different.
