Let's hope so, I'd like that to be the case rather than some of the previous statements over the past months that official FSC spokespeople have gone on record saying regarding protection in "any" legal event "only" covering members.
Lens isn't guilty of that, I'm referring to FSC reps who started the PR campaign using mis-truths originally. Lens is simply unknowingly trying to help FSC, but doing it in a misguided way by perpetuating the statements already made.
