They cannot be aware of every thing that is put onto their service but what they do is show good faith by putting reporting measures in place and taking care of issues when they are brought up.

#2 I've had the domain sitting around forever. If you think that I think that I am Ebay or Amazon etc and launched something new you are sadly mistaken.

I'm just utilizing an existing domain to hopefully make some extra coin.

Now what would you suggest I do with this domain?
