Quit your bitching about the deal. The FSC filed suit on behalf of it's members, and subsequently struck a deal on behalf of it's members.
If they went through with the hearing on the TRO, there is the possibility (however remote) that the judge could have said no.
So they struck a deal on behalf of their members. Why should they care about the rest of you that choose not to join their organization? Their duty is to the people who support them financially.
