I simply can't believe how many people are pissed off about the news today. In August when they get their injunction, the same people will be pissed off.

They didn't get a tro..they got an "agreement" with the doj that the doj would not prosecute fsc members.

You want to tell me that is NOT different from a temporary injunction where the judge hears the arguments for the case by both sides and then renders a decision and/or applies an even longer injunction until a higher court can hear the case? And in this scenario, ALL webmasters would get practical relief from prosecution.

You don't see any difference?
