It will have been like 3 - 4 months when this Itailan guy contacted me on ICq and asked me billion questions about content biz.Now he represents 10 European photographers

anyway have to say that I never had any problem with this guy.
I don't think he is a scamm - just trying to find his place in industry and making billions of beginners mistakes (his english is problem often)
