worldcom got caught doing the same thing every big company has been doing for as long as anyone should be able to remember.
they're gonna get slapped for it.
arthur andersen is involved, of course, and will also get slapped for it.
predictions:
a new law will be passed legitimizing the practices AA and etc have been doing all along. qwest will probably get taken out before the law passes.
everyone will forget about this and will continue phoning up friends & family.
