No biggie, I'm sure others had the same question...the whole "public thing" can be very confusing and misleading (even for me sometimes...lol). Collectively I've raised several million dollars for public entities over the past few years, and had a hand in starting a few companies myself, one of which ended up being bought by TD Waterhouse. So I forget that what I may see, others may not. We are owners in several corps beside Mobbucks/Jade and 110 media. Good question though, props for asking, most would not even bother.
How many programs have a virtually unlimited ability to raise money if they see an opportunity that makes sense? That's one thing that makes us a unique situation.
