I'm grateful to you for looking into things for me, Brent, and for your numerous apologies, but that doesn't change my view of the company you represent. As you said yourself, Python screwed this up (not once, not twice, but over and over) and will not make amends beyond an apology. That speaks volumes, and my posting simply echoed what many other people here have already said: when a company openly admits that it will not honour a commitment it made because one of its managers just "changed her mind", that's a fair indication that it's not a very reliable company or a company most serious webmasters would want to be dealing with.
You guys dug this hole, not me. In this industry, sweet words mean very little - we're judged on our actions, and Python's actions have been dishonest in this instance.
