No need to apologize. I would prefer if all programs worked all the time as well but sometimes there's not much we can do from our end. BTW Lars from LegendaryLars/StreamRay told me that they are looking into this issue, so I hope it will work again soon... and I just emailed you regarding the Adult Locals issue.
