We are currently working on a help file...so hopefully that will help in the future...
In the treeview on the left...you'll see a node which says available programs...expand it and you will see the categories...expand adult for instance and you will see a list of programs in which you can add.
Select the desired program and you will see a link under it to add a new program..click it and it will prompt you with a box to enter a username and password and also select a start date to scan back to...defaults to yesterday. From there, can choose to select all programs under a particular sponsor...for example, pps, revshare ect...or just go with a single one if you don't use the others. At this point too, I would recommend leaving the default start date and add it. This way you can make sure everything looks as expected with a smaller amount of data (not a long, historical scan) and see immediate results
At any point, you can always go back and select an older start date and rescan.
