This "minor" charged over $100 worth of memberships to my sites over the last two weeks, what would you say to his dad?

Please be advised that any/all orders placed by Alex Rice are to be cancelled and no further orders are to be accepted as Alex fraudulently used his brother
Cameron Rice's visa card without permission or authorization. Alex is a learning disabled minor.
The bank will charge back to you any charges.
