I'd show the email to the processor that handled it and see if they won't be willing to take a hard line with the guy if he calls in for a refund.
It's all but impossible to keep the cb from happening, but with any luck the guys bank will force the card it was charged on to be invalidated and good ole Cameron will have to get a new card, which could take a couple weeks.
If all the joins were done at once, I could see where the father might be telling the truth.
But if they were done over a period of time, then no, that's not the behaviour of a mentally incapicated child, that's someone looking at porn and then wanting to get out of paying.
