Or there is always the tactic of putting the burden of proof on him, IF you actually intend to respond to him.

I'd tell him that unless he can prove that he has a disabled child who did this, you will seek redress, in the form of criminal charges against BOTH of the kids (its not so important whether or not you would do it here) and a civil complaint against all of them for conspiring to defraud your company.

While it's really hard for a cc processor to fight a cb and win -- and the cost incurred to third party processors is more than the $15 "administrative" fee that is charged (aside from any fines should your processor be in less than good graces with the cc company), depending on who took the charge they might take the correspondance from the parent and attempt to fight it.

The trick of course is to get the 'father' to either lie or admit that there's nothing that should be cause for a chargeback.
