Redshoe - I used to bite my nails man....ever since I was a little kid. A few years ago I started cutting back on my sugers and carbs (atkins diet). For some reason...and I still haven't figured it out yet - once I started cutting back on the sugers and carbs and shit like that...I never had the urge to bite my nails again. I'm an old fuck and have bitten my nails since I was a kid but for the last few years - I've not bitten my nails at all. Suger is some bad shit bro'-
