NB: I work mainly with PPS sponsors and if I would use percentage programs also, my answers would certainly be different. My guess is that cams.com would be the sponsors to send your paid by % traffic.

they pay more out to affiliates each week... fact
their website offers more features then any other cam site... fact
oh their alexa rating is down, well that's all that a matters...
