1. Quit smoking if you smoke cigarettes
2. Eat all day long
3. Work out 5 days a week with lower reps
4. Drink Protein shakes
5. Take Creatine supplements

Of course I'm 6'2" and I've never been able to get over 160lbs, but I've done enough research to know this is how it's supposed to work, lol
