In Victoria, BC they'll basically take it away. If you happen to be in a place where you'd need to drive to get home (like Mt. Tolmie) they'll tow your car for a nominal fee and send you off by cab. You'll be told to have a session with another officer at the station a day or two later who'll patiently explain that what you're doing is wrong. The session will last about 15-20 minutes, and you will feel completely unchanged except for a sense of relief that it's done.
Unless you happen to be a lippy bitch who doesn't want to cooperate, and who instead of just admitting that "yes you caught me" decides to make a stand for her own personal sense of justice. In that case you'll be taken in, strip-searched, printed, processed, and will spend the night in a cold cage, or two nights if over the weekend. You will be fed cold McDonalds. Your friends will be pissed at you for bringing down unnecessary heat, and blame you for being the dumb hahahaha who suggested smoking a) at the top of mt. tolmie, b) with a pipe and c) using fucking MATCHES, which must have lit up the car like goddamn purple flares across the city skyline. They will secretly, or not so secretly, applaud the police for going full monty on your ass and hope that the experience will smarten you the fuck up. It probably won't, though.
