takes a week or so to lose the cravings.You will become an asshole in that time as well, so warn family and friends to steer clear.
after 2 weeks you'll feel alot better, then start a daily exercise regiment
( personally I walk ). Also change your lifestyle to stay away from things that
you used to do while smoking ( IE: smoking after a meal ) instead of smoking go for a walk etc. I quit Jan 30th and havent looked back.
