obviously you have never worked in a customer service position
the customer is not always right, in fact they are right very little...if you have your terms posted very clearly on your ordering page, and the customer doesn't pay attention, then they are wrong
and i know for a fact that acidflyers says it a few times on their site how long turnaround time is....so, in this case, it is Justin's fault for not reading
