Okay 1st off, I could have easily had them done at a local printshop but I was reccomended to you so I decided to give you a shot. I was told that this would not be a problem. If you couldn't get them done, why not just say no. I would have had no problem finding a company who knows how to do their job.
There is a 3-5 day turn around if I wanted U/V COAT, which I told your staff I did not. If you couldn't "work the miracle" you should have just told me so.
The problem wasn't with the job not getting done. Shit happens... no biggie right?
The problem was that when I talked to you..(if you're rob) you told me "THEY ARE ON THE PRINT RIGHT NOW. THEY WILL GO OUT TOMMORROW MORNING"
And then when I called back I was told by your employee .. Jason I think.. That Rob has the flyers and is on his way up from tampa to deliver them to me.
Then several hours later... I get a call saying that i'm being refunded, because you weren't able to print my cards.
Do you see the problem? Not that you didn't deliver. That I WAS LIED TO Multiplie times. The cards were never on the print, and you were never bringing them to me from Tampa. Explain that?
You never having a compliant is complete bull shit. Your employee's exact words over the phone were "I quit because of shit like this happening in the past, it doesn't suprise me that it's happening again"
Never having a complaint? I find that hard to believe, I heard a couple people talking about how they got business cards from you for free this time because you fucked them up last time. Your rep isn't as good as you think, most people just prefer not to call you out.
Oh yeah and about the FREE Design you gave me. Check your work. You fucked up, you listed different sponsors on the front of the flyer than you did on the back of the flyers? That's my fault too, right?
