You do realize that problem wasn't that they didn't deliver right? The problem is 1st they told me they were on the print. Then they told me they were printed but not shipped, so rob was bringing them to me personally. Then I was told the truth.. THEY WERE NEVER PRINTED.
I'll take the blame for being the ASS who ordered the cards to late. I have no problem owning up to my part of the deal.
Bottom line is - They said it was not a problem, so I didnt feel a need to take my business else where. And then when they fucked up, instead of saying "Hey I fucked up" I got the run around.
Now lets see of HighOnAcid will check in with his employee's and be an honest man.
