Who told you that it wouldn't be a problem? You NEVER contacted me once, the owner of the company asking me if they could get done. I would have told you NO, plain and simple. Instead you took it upon yourself to just place the order and ASSUME I could do it.

Then why did you order UV coating if you knew that? Look at the invoices I posted above, it shows that you ordered UV coating. You then had to call on the 1st to tell my customer service people to change it. From my notes system:

That's because I wasn't at my office and the only info I had was what my customer service people told me. I sent it to print myself but it was sent UV so I knew that it wasn't going to get done. I was still within my stated turnaround and could have been a dick and delivered your job and kept your money. Instead, I refuned 100% of your money. Matter of fact, I should send you out the flyers and contact my merchant account and charge you again but I'm not going to do something fucked up like that.

Not one single one of my customer service people EVER quit! If they did, they certainly wouldn't be working for me again. Please tell me, who said that? I find it highly comical that ANYONE on my staff would say that since it's not true. Maybe people got free business cards from me because I offered the FREE BUSINESS CARDS FOR INTERNEXT special. I'm not perfect, never said that I was. In printing shit happens and if I fuck up I fix it. If I did mess up someone's cards and they got free ones because of it then it looks like I'm doing pretty good for them because I fixed my mistakes.
Please name ONE SINGLE person that I have fucked over on GFY.
